HOW TO ORDER

In order to process all international orders, we would kindly ask you to follow 5 easy steps.
This is to ensure our transaction is clear and quick.

1. Please place item or items you wish to purchase to the Basket.

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail reguarding your purchse. Please verify that your orders are correct.
(If you think you made a mistake, please let us know by e-mail webmaster@bon-kura.com)

3. You will receive an e-mail informing about SHIPPING & HANDLING charge,
TOTAL AMOUNT you will be charged. If you approve, please e-mail us back.

4. After we receive your approval and your payment is made,
we will ship out our item by EMS (usualy takes about 4 weeks, depending on your area).

5. You will be receiving a final e-mail from us, provided with a tracking number.
